Intentional Excellence vs. Accidental Excellence

This is a recorded webinar given by Karen Woodard in October of 2014.

Have you ever had the experience of having a terrific month at your facility – net was high, or you enrolled a ton of new clients, or you blew your membership sales goals out of the water and you felt like luck was on your side? If so – that is not a good thing – that is called accidental excellence. The problem with accidental excellence is that it is random and likely not to be repeated often or consistently. If any of you are relying on luck as a major component of your success strategy… be worried about your future. Luck, wishing, hoping and praying for success do not constitute a plan for success.

In this webinar, we will outline a plan for intentional excellence for consistent success.
